Wonderful customer service!! They are honest and upfront about what your car needs and communicates with me and my husband of any issue to get the go-ahead before they start repairs. I've used them for brakes, oil change, tires, and auto tune up. No wonder why they are always busy, they provide wonderful service.

This is the second time I visit here and I would highly recommend this store to anyone who need expert work on tire. The honda dealer found a nail in the side surface of one tire in my car. They said I have to replace it with a new tire with ~$ 200 charge. I turned down their offer and drove my car to this store. The front desk staff(mangers) are very helpful to locate the position of nail and find no air leaking. I end up driving my car out in 5 mins with confidence that my car is safe to hit road again. Their custom service is best I have ever seen and I really want rate it at six stars if I can.

I came here from hearing about this place. My original tire guy just left me hanging. The service is great here. Everyone is kind but beware they are very busy! Call ahead to make sure to come at a good time. The best thing is they are very fair and HONEST! They took a look at my car before making any assumptions. I'll be back when I'm in Tucker.

Wilkinson did me right! We had a rattle after having some work done and I took my car back for them to look at it. They replaced an axle and the problem was solved. No charge, no hassle. These guys are honest and polite. The mechanics are great.

I was very pleased with their customer service. I showed up when they were super busy so busy there was not any parking spaces. I was driving a car with a busted radiator. The front desk guy said they were busy but would work me in since the car was not drivable. I thought that was very nice. The price was reasonable and we got the car back same day with no issues at all. I will use their services again.

I have been using Wilkinson Tire for auto service & tires for a few years now and always feel like I've been treated fairly. I no longer live in Tucker but continue to have my cars serviced here. It is hard to find an honest & reliable mechanic so once I find one I tend to be loyal. One instance there was a problem with getting the parts so my car wasn't ready at the end of the day when I was dropped off by a friend so they went beyond the call of duty and loaned me one of their personal vehicles. Another time I was in a hurry and went to a closer mechanic for a brake job but the quote seemed extremely high. When I went to Wilkinson the next day they only charged me $75 because all i needed was new pads. They will always get my business as long as i live a reasonable distance.

Have been a multi decade customer of this company. Always been treated more than fairly with great quality of work and good advice...like "no, you have several thousand miles left on those - don't replace em yet ".. I was shocked to read another review of a counterperson speaking inappropriately to a ( Hispanic) tech. I trust the reviewers honesty but I have witnessed the owners interactions with their techs on many many occasions and I can assure you the mgmt there would not tolerate such had they been made aware.. I recognize several long tenured Hispanic techs there and I doubt they'd remain year after year if this culture was the norm.

Since I discovered Wilkinson Tire about ten years ago they have saved me from my automotive ignorance any number of times, including one when a dealer said we needed about $4,000 in gaskets. I took it to Wilkinson, they examined it, and told me that they couldn't find any seepage or leakage. They've always dealt with me with honesty and unfailing courtesy. And they're the first place I go when I need help.

I don't normally write reviews but the service I received here was excellent and I wanted to let everyone know. All I did was get a simple tire patched and they went above and beyond what I came there for. One of the guys Roberto noticed that my license plate was loose so he found washers and tightened them for me, not only that they put silicone onto my hubcaps because it was falling off. I definitely will be back in the future for other services. Thanks guys

Once again the folks at Wilkinson amazed me. My wife's car had a vibration noise that had become more and more obnoxious over time. I took the car to Wilkinson, and they said that they would try. A half hour later, they showed me where the vibration was coming from and about ten minutes after that I silently left. Then they called me the next day to make sure that the vibration had stayed fixed. Great fix. Great service. What I've come to expect from Wilkinson.

This was the greatest experience at a tire shop ever, I was treated very well by everyone there not to mention they did a very good job on my car and gave me a great deal. This is the best place to go for your car care needs.
